Job Description
- Review, prepare, and process data received from clients for the Creditor Matrix.
- Research missing contact information for creditors on the Matrix as needed.
- Create and update First Day Workbook based on First Day Motions from client and circulate to client.
- Ensure debtor's website and 800 number with voice message script are set up in preparation for case filing; send related information to clients for approval.
- Communicate with clients regarding items needed for Omni to fulfill its role in the case filing.
- Review, prepare, and process data received from clients for Schedules and SOFAs.
- Create and update Schedules and SOFAs tracking sheet and circulate to clients regularly; communicate outstanding items for completion.
- Send drafts of Schedules and SOFAs throughout preparation for client review; prepare amended versions as requested.
- Review Disclosure Statement and Plan for details on voting parties, balloting, and solicitation package.
- Create template for Plan Class Report for IT to populate and send report to client for approval.
- Delegate incoming work and follow up with team members on status of completion.
- Review AOS's as requested by Noticing team; support Claims and Noticing teams as needed.
- Serve as point of contact for clients on assigned cases and handle emails and phone calls accordingly.
